Joanne Froggatt was almost unrecognizable at the photo call of Downton Abbey Season 4 in New York City. I’m used to seeing her with zero make-up and clad in house maid attire.

Now she channels the sixties in this mod ensemble – complete with high-neck long-sleeved top and a skirt embellished with floral cut outs. The whole styling reminds me so much of Twiggy – especially with that hair and smoky eyes.

I’m a fan of this look because it’s a spot-on take of the 60’s, so kudos to Joanne. I’d definitely wear this kind of outfit for a special night out.

I didn’t know Joanne has a stylish bone in her body. If this is what she has to offer every time there is a photo call for Downtown Abbey, I hope the show doesn’t get axed for many more years.

Let’s not forget about her bag. I thought it’s a fitting choice for her outfit – chain-strapped purse that punctuated her retro style. Too bad I haven’t been able to ID the make of her bag.
